Additionally, Altura Processing LLC is NOT affiliated with the Department of Education or any government agency; we are a private company that works between your current lender and the Department of Education. This agreement is made this day of «Today» between «FirstName» «LastName» (Hereafter referred to as “Client” a Prominent Document (PD)LLC a Florida company located in Broward County FLA. The parties agree as follows;
Altura Processing LLC has delivered a counseling session with the client and will explore the possibilities of a federal student loan consolidation, discharge/refund, compromise, and reasonable and affordable payment plans for student loans in all stages of repayment. In addition, Altura Processing LLC will gather relevant information regarding the client’s student loan(s) and or consumer debt(s) that will include the holder, payment history, original documentation and breakdown of the outstanding balance and interest rates. In addition, a Client Budget Analysis, direct creditor negotiation, and debt analysis can be undertaken by Altura Processing LLC as per client request. Altura Processing LLC agrees to help prepare the documents for affordable repayment options for loans in forbearance, repayment, deferment, default and active collections. Repayment options include but are not limited to the following: Income Contingent Repayment plan, standard repayment, income-based repayment, extended repayment plan, graduated repayment and Pay as you earn repayment plans. In addition, Altura Processing LLC will negotiate to remove wage garnishment(s) and tax offset(s) and conduct a pre-consolidation analysis.
Not included in representation: Client understands by this agreement, client is contracting to provide document preparation for federal student debt consolidation. Client also acknowledges that Altura Processing LLC does not provide legal advice, investment advice, accounting services or other financial consulting services. If client needs legal advice, legal expertise, or court filings, client must seek the advice of an attorney.This agreement does not include private student loans. Only federal student loans qualify.
The Client will be responsible for providing complete and accurate information as well as timely responses to communication from Altura Processing LLC, defined in this agreement as (3) business days. Client agrees to be cooperative, and honest. The client may be asked to provide documentation and/or send documentation to Altura Processing LLC, which will aid in the document preparation. Once client has engaged, client is not to work his or her own student loan accounts, client must allow Altura Processing LLC the opportunity to prepare the documents for his or her federal student loans.
Altura Processing LLC does not sell, trade, or otherwise furnish confidential information to third parties, unless they have an interest in the client’s student loan. Altura Processing LLC shall be kept strictly confidential and used solely for preparing the documents and resolving student loan issue(s) and or consumer debt(s). Altura Processing LLC requires written authorization from client(s) to disclose any account information to any/all third parties.
