Altura Processing LLC CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of this contract entered into between You, the client, (as set forth herein and used interchangeably as “You” or “the client”) and Altura Processing LLC (as set forth herein as “THE COMPANY”).

  • However, because the issues involved in each individual case vary from case to case, Altura Processing LLC cannot guarantee a specific outcome or accurately predict how long the process will take.
  • Altura Processing LLC relies on the accuracy and truthfulness of the information that “you” provide to perform our services.

1. Altura Processing LLC disclaims any guarantee herein contained if the client does any of the following:

  • Provides inaccurate information of any kind, included but not limited to, any personal information.
  • Changes their mailing address and does not notify us.
  • Violates or fails to fully comply with any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

"Client’s” three-day right to cancel" "If you wish to cancel this contract, you may cancel by mailing a written notice by certified or registered mail to the address specified below. The notice shall state that you do not wish to be bound by this contract and must be delivered or mailed before midnight of the third business day after you sign this contract."

You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligations. Altura Processing LLC does not charge any upfront fees or charges as such any fees collected are earned. If the Client Cancels within 3 days client will get 100% refund of fee paid​.

To cancel this contract, mail or deliver a signed dated copy of this cancellation notice, or any other written notice to Altura Processing LLC at 261 N University Dr, Suite 500, Plantation, FL 33324
